Stubby Monster
I have the flu this week. A delayed Xmas present from my Husband who had it first - how kind eh! So I'm not feeling brilliant, but onward and upward, as there is no rest for the wicked, as they say... tho who 'they' are, I've no idea.
Anyhow, last week I was too snowed under with freelance work to get any monsters done, but there was a little pause in the work flow last night so I did this monster to get it going again. I hope to get another one done quickly too.

Hello, everyone seems to be ill at the moment, a few of my friends were ill on xmas day and some are still suffering now! Nice to see you're still able to put out awesome work though, I'm going to have a look over previous posts after posting this, but seeing as you're an Illustrator based in London (living my dream! :)) I don't suppose you can recommend a good London based uni for an illustration degree? I'm planning on getting out of my town and up to a London uni in 2008 as a mature student (21 now, will be 22 then)
I've just posted my first blog with a few of my sketches, stop by and check it out if you get the chance!

Every time I visit here I am just SO amazed at your work. I am planning to learn painter, I am not at all a digital person, not even tried my wacom pen and tablet yet, it all seems so scarey, but it is good to look at your work and see the amazing things that can be done with experience.
Happy New year!
Penny.
Thanks Everyone!
Penny.. Painter is a bit of a learning curve, but jump right in a give it a go! It's great fun (but a little frustrating at first especially if you're not familiar with a wacom).
Cheers
Fiona
